PPWHANC Trail Ride at Betsy Hayes Farm, 3089 E. Thollie Green Rd., Stem, NC; Host: Betsy Hayes (919-528-4031). Ride will be from 12-4 PM. There will be a meal afterwards--meat, plates, utensils, etc. provided--members bring a covered dish.

November 2010 (Date TBA) MEMBERS ONLY
PPWHANC Volunteer Appreciation Weekend at Gary and Julie Holmes’ Shangrila Retreat, 3219 Cluster Springs Rd., South Boston, VA. Make camping and stall reservations with Julie or Gary at 434-517-0888 or emailing g.holmes@mindspring.com. Website: www.shangrilaretreat.us. The club ride will be on Saturday and will start around 10 AM. PPWHANC will be providing the Saturday night meal and will also be giving awards to those who have volunteered to work at our fun shows and Classic and also to those who volunteered to host our 2010 trail rides. If possible, we may have some of our founding members in attendance and be honored.

PPWHANC Annual Meeting for the election of four (4) new directors to the Board and Christmas Party, Granville County Shriners Club, 706 Roxboro Road, Oxford, NC. We will have a Social Hour starting at 5:30 PM followed a business session for the election of new directors. Then we will have a catered meal and our Year-end Awards will be presented afterwards. For our meal, we need to have a head count so we are asking that if you plan to attend please call Dot Black at 919-552-6162 and let her know how many will be attending in your party. The deadline for reservations is November 26th. Please remember to bring a dessert to share with others.

You should make your own camping & stall reservations with 4B. MEMBERSHIP $6/PERSON/ YR.
